Inspection and Testing
We do inspection for all plant and machinery from safety point of view for its physical condition and strength as per statutory or specific requirements.
We are authorized to carry out different kind of inspections specified under different statues:
- The Factories Act - 1948 and States Rules made There Under
- The BOCW Act - 1996 and States Rules made There Under
- The Lift and Escalators Act - 2013 and States Rules made There Under
- The Explosive Act - 1881 and Rules made There Under i.e. The Petroleum Rules - 2002, The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels Rules - 1981, The Gas Cylinder Rules - 2003 etc.
- The Electricity Act - 1956 and Rules made There Under
Apart from statutory inspections, we do safety inspections for plant and machineries which are involved in dangerous operations and not covered under any statutory requirements. This includes portable power tools, fire hydrant system, fire extinguishers, compressors and pumps etc.
All kind of non-destructive testing (NDT) which includes Visual Inspection, Dye Penetrating Test (DPT), Magnetic Particle Test (MPT), Ultrasonic Thickness Test (UT) and some destructive tests which includes Hydro Static Test, Vacuum Test, Hammer Test etc.
